**Press Release** 3D Group, LLC Announced Ron Kesselman as Partner WARREN,
NJ; January 2, 2009 - 3D Group, LLC a boutique recruiting firm
dedicated to the staffing needs of the insurance industry, has named
Ron Kesselman as Partner. Mr.
Kesselman, who had owned and operated a recruiting firm out of Cary, NC, will merge his
operations into 3D Group, LLC. With over 30 years of experience within
the insurance industry as both employee and recruiter, Ron's success in
identifying, qualifying, and securing executive-level candidates for
domestic and multi-national insurance organizations will augment and
enhance 3D Group's capabilities to recruit for all levels within any
insurance organization. 3D Group, which has concentrated recruitment
efforts in the Northeast, will expand its efforts nationally. Mr.
Kesselman will play a key role in this drive.

Before
joining 3D Group, LLC, Mr. Kesselman employed his 19-year recruiting
experience to successfully recruit for insurance organizations along
the Eastern Seaboard, fostering company, agency, and third-party
administrator clientele. Prior to opening his firm in North Carolina, he was Vice President at MGA. His industry
experience stems from an 11-year career with insurance companies, such
as Liberty Mutual, Royal Insurance Company, American International
Group (AIG), and General Accident, to name a few. Mr.
Kesselman has a BA degree from Fairleigh Dickenson University in New
Jersey. Ron as also completed 6 parts of the Chartered Property
Casualty Underwriter examination. He and his family live in Cary, North Carolina.
